During Ralph’s 21-year career at Nike, he was at the forefront of some of the most dominant stories in Nike and sports history. Highlights include strategizing and executing "All-School" NCAA sponsorship deals, signing Tiger Woods, Lebron James, and Kobe Bryant. Ralph also ignited an international "wave" into the NBA with the identification and signing of Yao Ming, Tony Parker, and Dirk Nowitzki. Ralph recently launched Columbia Consulting Group and is working with some of the top global sports and brand enterprises. Ralph is also a principal in Oregon Sports Angels – an investor fund on the west coast.
